My name is David and I took up surfing at the age of 45, although already fit there were many obstacles that have slowed my progress, muscle tears and general wear and tear on the body, my formula should get you surfing quicker and build your constitution going forward. There is an increasing generation of older surfers and with that comes the hazards and pitfalls associated with age!
But Wait!!! it does not have to slow our progress or mean we cannot rip like a teenager, follow my advice and your be downthe line and doing aerials in no time.
